Ready to use firm center. Roll into balls and dip in chocolate or push into a chocolate-lined mold. The fondant can be flavored and colored by kneading small amounts in at a time. Concentrated flavorings and colorings will work the best. Also, this is great to use when making chocolate covered cherries. For consistent balls, scoop out with scoop #N-675 and roll into balls.
